Having worked for major international law firms, she has a vast experience in cross-border matters, global management and handling IP administrative, judicial and compliance issues for the largest companies in the globe.
With more than 13 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, focused on management of trademark portfolios, patent and plant variety registrations and technology agreements, including experience with administrative and judicial procedures of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, negotiation and recordation of technology and franchise agreements before Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) and review of intellectual property and information technology aspects of due diligence procedures.
